De ligging t.o.v. mooie plekken, het zwembad en de hoeveelheid ruimte in huis.

Het huis is erg ouderwets ingericht en heeft veel mankementen, zo was er een traptrede kapot, deden een aantal lampen het niet en zat een tafelpoot los.
