The views from the hotel were absolutely phenomenal, and the food was tasty and really good. no problems with food poisoning, etc. We didn't have any problems with service or the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff go to every length to make sure you are comfortable. Ceilia & Adam were very helpful.
The hotel is a little tired, and our shower was running cold, but it was so hot that this wasn't an issue. The lift had a missing door, the telly wasn't working, but the hotel was clean, and we had a very comfortable night's stay. would definitely stay again... just don't expect luxury!

The view from the room was amazing and there was a nice bath right in the bedroom, and was clean. The stand out thing was the staff, Abdul on the desk helped me with many things and I had to suddenly travel to Port Saeed, which he quickly organised for me on the spot. It is located in a lovely authentic area with direct access to the Pyramids. I would recommend a stay here over other over priced hotels further from the area.
A room safe would be a useful addition. Not that there were any issues but would be good for many people.

The view is the best part of this hotel. We can have breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the terrace overlooking the pyramids.
I would like to thank the hotel team. I don't know everyone's name, but I'd like to mention a few: Celia, Abdoul, Zekra, and Shrouk. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful."
