Gostei da cozinha equipada, mas a cafeteria estava com um pó de café mofado de tão velho, se usasse sem lavar poderia adoecer. Gostei do sistema eletrônico de check in , gostei da temperatura da água do banho, gostei da mesa da sala de jantar, gostei dos produtos para banho, gostei da proibição de fumar, mas percebi que no quarto ao lado o hóspede fumou.
Não gostei de ter somente um banheiro para até 6 pessoas. Além do botão da descarga emperrar. Não gostei de oferecerem somente um travesseiro por pessoa e não gostei da falta de uma cortina no quarto em que fiquei, a claridade entrou a noite toda. Não gostei que nenhum funcionário recolheu o lixo do apartamento nos dois dia em que fiquei e não gostei da qualidade do colchão, meu corpo afundava nele, de tão mole. Não gostei da escada do prédio com acúmulo de lixo (tênis velho, meios usada e roupas pelos degraus.)

I had a great stay here. Although it's just a room with a shared bathroom, everything exceeded my expectations. The room and shared facilities were spotless, and fresh towels were provided. The location is excellent and made it easy to get around. The customer service was outstanding—they responded to any questions or concerns almost immediately. Check-in and accessing the entrance were simple and hassle-free. The bed was also extremely comfortable, with a great mattress that made for a good night's sleep. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
Nothing major to complain about. Just a couple of small suggestions for improvement: one of the keys didn't open the building's entrance door, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, adding a towel hanger in the bathroom would be very helpful. Other than that, everything was excellent.
