The property is in a nice location. The room was clean, tidy, well stocked with teas, coffee, milk etc as well as a good range of toiletries. The bed linen and towels smelled really clean, crisp and fresh. There was ample parking space.

Perfect Bed & Breakfast !
Ideally located : quiet street but not too far from the town.
The rooms are nicely decorated, perfectly cleaned clean rooms, with very comfortable bedding.
The environment is peaceful.
Michelle is a wonderful host : caring and thoughtful.
Thank you Michelle for your warm welcome for your precious tips & recommendations.
We will be happy to come back here in a future trip to the Scottish Highlands.

The hosts, Michelle and Glen, were incredibly warm, welcoming and hospitable making us feel at home from the moment we arrived.
The continental breakfast was simply outstanding. Honestly, the best we’ve had a very long time. There was a huge choice and everything was beautifully presented.
Michelle’s attention to detail and care for her guests is next level! Every touch made us feel well looked after. The best compliment I can give is that it was like staying with an old friend rather than a guest house.

Continental
Handrail on outside steps. Michelle came into bedroom at 10.05pm and switched off TV saying it was too loud it was at 10 the guest next door had not complained. She had gone to the breakfast room and as the TV was through the. Adjoining wall. Had heard it and acted. Accordingly.
