My room was very comfortable and cool despite the hot sunny weather. I had two sofas in my room, lots of toiletries and plenty of tea, coffee, milk, hot chocolate and biscuits! I also had a fridge which came with several bottles of water.

A proper home from home experience. Staff are welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend. Breakfast was fab, with fresh eggs laid a few yards away! Central to Dingwall with most amenities within walking distance.

Good hot shower.
Good tea/coffee and biscuit selection
Room very small with no where to sit except bed or stool. I was in a budget single room. Room 6
Awkward to reach window for older person with infirmity.
Curtains and bedding a bit tatty and mismatched. Top sheet was marked and had small holes in it.
Not very friendly staff on arrival. Slightly better as I was leaving but struggled to get a smile
