Our room was very spacious with a huge comfy bed and modern bathroom, wifi signal was nice and strong also and the fridge in the room worked exceptionally well compared to most hotel fridges
The room we had the small heater did not turn on so the room was quite chilly due to there being huge gaps around the door leaving a huge draft in. The foot paths around the area could do with levelling as is extremely uneven in parts

We requested an accessible room and the room itself was spot on - see below for the problems though
There are no lowered curbs and quite a steep ramp to the door so my partner was completely unable to access the property without a lot of help and effort. This meant he was totally reliant on me. The pool area states there are disabled facilities (which we rang to confirm) but there are steps to the sauna and steam room, and no grab rails for support. The main hotel and cottages are lovely but the car parks and external roads are like something out of a creepy film
