The location was perfect, the room was very spacious, clean and aesthetically pleasing. The hotel overall was really beautiful
This is no fault to the staff because they were lovely and attentive but you could tell the hotel was very new as it was a little unorganized. The restaurant was not a true functioning restaurant and therefore there were moments when I was up there and no staff were, no option to order anything (coffee or breakfast)
The staff were very communicative over WhatsApp though when I requested a tea or additional water.
Twice I went to the “spa” to use the sauna and jacuzzi and was turned away the first time because someone was having a massage and I guess the close the spa if that’s going on :/ would’ve been helpful to share that in advance. And the 2nd time, the spa was due to be open at 9am and I went there after that time and had to turn the sauna on myself which was pretty annoying. By the time it warmed up to a proper temperature I had to leave. For the price of the stay, I would’ve expected access to a functioning restaurant & spa facilities as those were two selling points when booking.

The overall quality and attention to detail made our stay very enjoyable. All hotel staff were attentive, pleasant, and a joy to work with. The room and amenities - the spa and rooftop dining area - were terrific.

The space is super private and completely nondescript in a good way. It’s tucked away on a quiet street.
Each and every team member is super kind and extremely attentive. Great help with bookings and suggestions. They note preferences and surprise you with your likes.
The space is extremely stylish and if you can, try and get the room with the patio. Beautiful again. Can’t wait to visit again.
