Terriific and relaxing stay by the sea

Breakfast was terrific and served hot to order, Location was excellent and poolside was very relaxing.

Parking was at an extra cost if we wanted to park on the premises

Give this place a Miss !!!

We could absolutely not check in until 4 pm.. it’s like bachelorette..hen party , family, stag party central.. ..it’s tired and has lots of deferred maintenance.. black mood on some of the roof tops ..The pictures show a much more attractive place .. had a hard time with getting the door unlocked WITH THE KEY ( when was the last time you used a hotel KEY !!?? ) Had a nice big cockroach greet us in the curtain..Yuck .. Give this place a miss .!

Breakfast was good but a bit early for me so just my husband went!

Only available for one hour 8.30am till 9.30am.

Disappointing

Rooms clean reception very helpful

Room 204 no balcony ,breakfast basic luke warm no heating in the bar/restaurant, staff in puffa jackets serving and it closed at 4pm well away from Denia so had to use the car all the time to go into town as all bars etc a lot more expensive around the hotel it is shown as 4 star would struggle to give it 2 star especially as we are pensioners.

Superb

Beach-side location. Helpful, English-speaking staff on reception. When I needed a kettle, mugs, teabags and cutlery they went out of their way to help. On another evening, I needed an after-hours call-out for a new room key, which they did with speed. Fridge in the room ideal for long stays to buy in food/drink. English TV channels.

24/7 reception cover on-site would be ideal, but phone numbers are clear and answered quickly if you do need someone to come and help. Kettles in the room as standard would be great, but I was given one after asking. Restaurant prices slightly expensive. Car parking charges were not advertised before booking.

The staff were all fantastic, really helpful and polite. The rooms was spacious and very comfortable bed. Nice breakfast with a reasonable variety. Good location next to the beach.

Everything was good, some minor complaints not worth writing about! would be better in summer as it wasn’t beach weather.

Very good

The hotel is located on the Mediterranean coast (1 minute walk). However, quite far from the city center. The room was big enough, equipped with everything you need.

Additional fee for leaving the car in the parking lot, which was not previously specified.

Exceeded expectations, we had a lovely stay and would recommend!

The Hotel was Lovley, the staff went above and beyond to help us with any question or request we had, very happy and friendly, especially Camilla ( sorry that is probably spelt wrong). Breakfast was lovely, very good value for money, I would deffo return!

lovley hotel, however dont go out of season as their resturant is closed and so is the bar, due to its location its miles from anywhere.Breakfast is very limited you pick off a menu so any longer stay than 4 days its done.Oh and by the way they charge 10 euro a day to park onsite and all outside is a no park area, we didnt see the signs and ended up with a 40 euro parking ticket, guess what! reception forgot to mention this to guests on checking in.Must say though their xtra double bed is not only massive, get 4 peps in it, its very very comfortable.

no onsite resturant/bar open- very little or no staff onsite after about 8.00pm so any questions forget it, also we had to check out at 07.30am to catch our flight, no reception or staff so had to push room card under reception door.

Excellent week in the sun.

This was my first time to the Soul Beach Hotel and it definitely won't be my last. I loved the location, the small amount of rooms, amd the staff were super friendly. My wife and I opted to dine at the hotel each evening after a fantastic first night meal, and the rest of the week did not disappoint. Bar staff were tremendous, and made our evening even more enjoyable with their attention to detail. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nothing. Enjoyed everything,. Couldn't fault the attention of the staff and the cleanlinrss of the hotel. Breakfast menu was a little limited, but in 37 degrees of heat, eating a little was the preferred option.

Such a great stay ! The staff specially Camila was really lovely, caring and full of good address to enjoy your stay in

Very good value for money, the pool is great, the rooms, breakfast, a great little bar with a beautiful view!

AC was broken and replaced by a cheap temporary system, which was clearly not enough with the high temperature, also it can be really noisy as the rooms have poor sound insulation
