his very spacious fully fitted Villa is ideal for large groups and family reunions. The garden boasts a large pool and sun area with bar, bbq and outdoor jacuzzi. Situated in a private residential area about 5 km outside of Benidorm with easy and economic taxi access to the city nightlife and beaches.
The first floor has a large salon-diner with terraces and views over the sea and the mountains and a fully fitted kitchen. Full central heating and chimney hearth. There is no air conditioning in the salon-diner but good sea breezes due to elevation and large double doors opening on both sides. All bedrooms now have air conditioning.
The twelve double bedrooms (one is a triple) all have their own bathroom with bath and/or shower, wash basin and WC. We provide hand, shower and pool towels.
The spacious garden has an outside bar in the pool area and plenty of seating. Draught beer and sangria is available on request. There is also an outside jacuzzi and barbecue. Parking onsite if required. We also offer an economic and efficient airport transfer service. Property manager contactable and available throughout for help and emergencies.

We have had the most wonderful stay at the Finca Los Arcos. We were a party of 23 people from Grandparents, children and grandchildren all there to celebrate our ( mine and my twin sisters) 70th birthday. The communication with myself, Roberto, the owner, and Nacho, the rental manager started at the time of booking and has been first class from start to finish. Nothing has been too much trouble for them and every questions I had were answered in speedy time. Roberto organised a coach to take us to and from the airport and even made sure a barrel of beer and one of Sangria was connected to the outside bar and waiting for us on our arrival. Nacho the rental manager has been superb during our stay, so attentive and willing to help wherever he could. He was only a phone call away and did everything he could to make our stay special.The villa was spotless and had everything anyone could need on a self catering holiday. The pool was large, clean and a great asset as was the hot tub. We all enjoyed using both . The children really loved the pool which was ideally situated in the sun surrounded by outside tables and chairs so the adult could sit around whilst keeping an eye on the kids. All the room sizes were good and had their own en suites.Taxis to Benidorm port ranged from about 9-11 euros and came within minutes. A couple of times we walked into the town but taxied back.We had a wonderful time, made even better by the kindness and helpfulness of Nacho and Roberto.

Great villa in great location. We were 12 golfers who all had a room with shower which was meeting the needs of allCouple of minor issues which were dealt with promptly by nacho . The very caring caretaker of the property. Would recommend for any large group

Probably had the best time ever in this beautiful villa. Went there with 24 other friends and we were able to have fun every night without a problem. All the important stores or other necessities are very close by. The villa and the pool can really handle 25 persons and everything looks bigger than on the pictures. The host (Bob) is really kind and comprehensive and knows lots about Benidorm and its activities! All together it's just a great villa so don't hesitate going there :) #wlhbobtchiestunbon #tatjrmagoproparcontre
