La mejor ubicación que pueden ofrecer la ciudad

La ubicación es excelente, está muy cercano de muchos lugares turísticos, prácticamente todo mi viaje lo hice caminando por la buena ubicación. Fueron super amables en cuidar mi equipaje antes y después del check. El lugar es tranquilo, mi habitación era un minidepartamento así que puedes guardar alimentos en el refrigerador y puedes cocinar algo básico.

El desayuno gratuito que ofrecen no es tan bueno, pero el servicio y la atención tienen un diez, es funcional para ahorrarte una comida.

If you don't mind staying at a hotel with no running water that refuses to refund you it is for you!

Is this a four star hotel? Broken floor, broken shades, grim room condition. We were charged for the full 7 night stay upon arrival without being informed there was no hot water. The third day the hotel had no running water at all due to a major breakdown. Just then they offered to transfer us to another of their properties, they should have done so upon arrival. Having paid free cancellation, we instead requested a refund for the five nights not used. After several days of back and forth, they refused to refund us and we lost our money.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST STAY IN THE LAST 3 YEars of traveling.

Location was good. Breakfast was fine. shower was good.

This location DID NOT KEEP my reservation for the first night. We were sent me to another "sister" property, when we arrived, that location did NOT know anything about us. There was NO Prior email alerting us that the reservation was NOT going to be accepted. We had 8 friends all staying at this location. we then had to pay for a trip back to this location and wound up staying in one of our other friend's rooms. They had no one to accommodate English speaking guests...and the front desk personnel tired to have it appear that it was OUR FAULT that the reservation was not kept???? Further, the next day the front desk said that we COULD not stay with our friends for the second night....the excuse was "the rooms can not accommodate 4....that IS AN OUTRIGHT LIE. these were 2 bedroom suites with Queen beds meant to accommodate 4 people. Then they forced us to rent a separate room for 1 night and charged us a higher rate than the original rate on the boking.com reservation. I am going to deny all of the charges on this location. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!! THey should be removed from the Booking.Com website.

Way below expectations

They didn’t have a room for us and started that booking.com often overbooks and doesn’t send them reservations. We had to walk to stay at a different hotel at midnight because they didn’t have a room for us. There was no heat. Breakfast was 5 blocks away and ran out of food. The bed was two twin beds combined and very hard.

Avoid at all costs. Premises simply abandoned by their management, and they will keep your money no matter what

Multiple problems added up on the third day of my stay due to a sudden lack of running hot water, and a dishonest staff that did not react until I finally gave up and decided to leave the premises immediately. To top it all, days later they still have not complied with their promissed refund for the remaining unused nights of my stay, blaming it on a lack of any type of supervisor or person able to process the refund, which was subsequently confirmed by booking.com In summary, I would only recommend this place if you are looking for a cheap option in the area, and pray that by pure luck the room will be ready to actually host anybody within basic hotel standards. Otherwise they will just keep your money and try to act like everything is fine when they are questioned by the platform’s customer service representatives. It is sad for the few staff that tried to amend the situation, even when it was clearly too late. Never in my life had I experience such a horrible and unprofessional situation, in all my years of travel across all continents.

wonderful

we were transferred to another hotel because L’heritage at Aristóteles was under remodelation… “close to you” hotel in Polanco. It was clean. Hane and Emir were friendly and great! we really liked their service. Rooms were clean and comfortable…with a nice view. food available in the 4th floor, anytime.

Watch out. It´s a scam!

It's a scam! They sell you a location and once you get there they send you to another location arguing that the advertised location is only a department building. I booked at Aristoteles 225 and when I got there they sent me to another property in Musset street. When I got there they told me they didn't have my reservation and that they didn´t have anu rooms left. After 30 minutes of discussion they finaly gave me a room similar to what I had reserved. When I asked for free parking (which was included in my original reservation) they told me they didn't have parking and I had to park my car in another of their locations 4 streets away. Terrible administration and service.

Spacious room and nice balcony. The room was not clean when I arrived, especially the bed. The staff reacted wonderfully and solved it straight away.

Other guests coming in at 4am and putting on music at high volume. I was moved to another location which I did not like as much without being given the option to cancel my booking.
