Location was ideal
I understand it was listed as an apartment under a single family home, however, it is a bit much that you could hear footsteps and conversations from upstairs. No good airflow in the unit. The bedroom has a dehumidifier but there is no ceiling fan to keep the air circulating so it feels stuffy in there.
