This spacious 1-bedroom retreat features a comfortable queen bed, thoughtful finishes and a functional layout. Located near Aggieville and Kansas State University, it’s ideal for couples or solo travelers visiting Manhattan. The apartment is in the lower level of the home with the upper unit rented as well so guests should be respectful of their neighbors.
Guests will be sent a door code the day prior to check in.
While we admire and appreciate furry friends, we do not allow them in our space. If this is an issue, we are happy to provide information on pet boarding as an alternative during your stay.

The basement apartment is beautiful and well-maintained. My only comment is that the bed squeaked every time I rolled over. Other than that, I will check the availability of this unit so I can stay at the same place again.
