Bathroom is shower only but has excellent water pressure.

Studio is located in the basement of a home. Foot fall, running water and what sounded like a toilet flushing were all heard, as well as the washing machine which seemed to be located over the bed. Location was very good with lots of restaurants close by. Communication with owner was also very good
