Colazione ottima, pane sempre fresco, camera grande, anche se stavamo solo 4 notti, posto (negli armadi),in abbondanza.
Parcheggio appena fuori la pizzeria (vicinissimo)sempre disponibile.
Struttura gestita famigliarmente, tutti molto gentili.
Migliorerei solamente una cosa. Noi siamo abituati al bidet.
Nella nostra camera non c'era (nella camera dei nostri amici, si). Al posto del secondo lavandino, metterei un bidet.

-The room was very clean and I understand (though there was no official info about this from staff) that they come clean it on a daily basis.
-Good room insulation.
-Relatively quiet location.
-Breakfast buffet not bad.
-Easy access from parking to room facilities.
-While we were out skiing, staff passed by to clean the room. However, they intentionally turned off our room's heating. When we came back, the room was frozen.
-Unfriendly staff, didn't give us any info about the area/sightseeing options. No interaction with clients whatsoever other than the bare minimum and not even one smile during our 3-day stay there.
-The place is not recommended at all for skiers. That is because there are no facilities at all for drying ski equipment. Also, breakfast is served as of 08:00, while the Kronplatz ski resort opens at 08:30, which means you lose about an hour of skiing.
