About this house rental
Bright, clean, large, private accommodation in beautiful Jefferson park Victorian. Fabulous location! Walking distance to mile high stadium, Denver aquarium, downtown denver, six flags, and many great bars and restaurants. Off street parking, 2 beds. The unit includes a bedroom with a queen sized bed, another sleeping space (not a bedroom but has nice separation from the other bedroom) with a twin sized bed, a kitchenette (microwave, small refrigerator, coffee pot), and 2 full bathrooms. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor patio.

Clean and comfortable, this attic apartment is suitable for a traveler who needs a central Denver location. Kitchen facilities are sparse and not conducive to eating at home.

We booked this knowing that there were stairs, but unfortunately, not prepared for how many stairs there were going to be. The fridge needs to be defrosted, as it was basically unusable (full of ice). There was a little bit of an issue with the access codes to the door, but we did figure that out, eventually. Otherwise, it was a great stay, very clean, and the host was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place, but just keep inond, If you book the sky high room, there are 4 flights of stairs to get to the top ....

The space was not clean when we arrived, more specifically the shower had hair all over it. It's a decent amount of space. I really liked that there were two full bathrooms. The location is great and the host communicated in a reasonable amount of time. There are multiple rented spaces in the house which removed any sense of privacy. There are better rentals in the area with similar pieces.
