We were very happy with the villa overall. It was spacious, comfortable, and with everyone having pretty much their own floor, it gave us plenty of privacy. The location was perfect, with a beautiful, clean beach and lovely warm water right nearby.
A special thank you to Nino, who was absolutely wonderful! We really appreciated his kindness and assistance throughout our stay.
The main area that really needs improvement is the cleaning and general maintenance. Unfortunately, it felt like the floors were sometimes just being wiped by pushing the dirt into the corners rather than properly cleaning them. The small garbage bins are also not really sufficient for a four-bedroom villa.
The sunbeds also need attention — the paint is peeling badly and gets all over your skin and clothes when you use them.
Even if not for the guests, the villa needs proper regular cleaning and maintenance to keep it in good condition and preserve what is otherwise a beautiful property.

The location was great, especially the private beach a few steps away. The private pool was much appreciated by the whole family. The staff prepared some snacks to welcome our family on check-in.
You should not expect hotel-grade service. There was a waiting time in an empty lobby when we arrived which was a bit unsettling. You need to ask yourself in details for things you would normally get in a hotel: not enough towels and kitchen towels (we were a big family), no bedsheet delivered when we asked for a baby cot, toilet rolls were not sufficient and we had to ask multiple times. When we asked if there was sugar to go with the tea, the response we got was to buy from store, but we eventually got some after we really insisted. Plus, there was one day “deep clean” during our 3-day stay, and some rooms were not so clean even on that day.

The location was fantastic. It’s a beautiful, beautiful beach. The house was perfect for the size of my family and the facilities were good.
The property has not been maintained to a high standard the staff were incredibly helpful, especially Lewis and Nino in trying to help us with all the little issues
