I liked everything from my lovely greeting from the breakfast lady that greeted me with a big smile every day and my iced coffee guy who made my coffee as soon as he saw me coming to the lovely friendly reception and consierge people and my friends at the pool bar Timekin and speedy jusy great people absolutely loved our 8 nights here in the huge delux city view room i dont want to leave tomorrow...Thank you Da nang plaza i made the best choice.
I loved everything and so much to love including all the people ..except for the 3 girls in the mini mart more concerned about looking at their phones than service

We really enjoyed that resort has a direct access to the beach and only to be used by hotel guest. Makes it feel safer to be there. All staff from receptionist,bell
Boy, pool attendants, restaurant staff, cleaners are all very nice and accomodating.
The smoking areas that are close to the rooms.

Property was amazing 10/10 the only issue was the breakfast we need HALAL CATERING more variety fruit food was a let down. Once HALAL FOOD COMES THIS PLACE WOULD ACTUALLY BE THE BEST PLACE NO NEED TO LEAVE YOUR RESORT. Please keep this in mind so we can come back soon 😉
BREAKFAST BUFFET NEEDS A UPGRADE TO HALAL FOOD. Very big let down.

rooms are very spacious and clean
staff are very nice and approachable
breakfast is really good but the restaurant menue is not good
the normal menu is not good.
most of the time the food is not fresh
service by the pool is not available almost all the time.
not enough sunbeds by the beach compared to the people staying
the rules of the hotel are the worst.
they charged more than half a day for 6 hours late Check out. after alot of negotiations with the manager.
2 milion VDN deposit was collected upon check in and they refused to use it for room service bill.
instead they asked to collect another 1,925,000 VDN for room service and refund the deposit by card. however they informed us at check in that it can be refunded by cash.
honestly, everything was not bad until we spent 40 mins for check out.
