Brand new appliances, very comfortable bed, intelligently designed apartment. The bathrooms and showers were great. We prefer making our own meals and the kitchen and cooking supplies were perfect.
We had a minor problem with noise from the guests above us, but the property manager was very responsive and immediately resolved it in less then 5 minutes. The neighborhood is residential, very quiet and secure. The location seems to be 1/2 way between downtown Vancouver and the highways that provide access to the Vancouver Island ferry and points north to the Rockies.

I loved the location, it was close to downtown Vancouver without being in the thick of it. It was also very clean and the gated parking was great.
Without AC it did get quite warm. The property did provide plenty of fans, but we still struggled with the heat.
