Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier. Die Lage ist gut, Registan ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen und die Gegend ist ruhig. Die Besitzer sind zudem immer vor Ort.

Im Prinzip nichts. Nur die Matratzen sind ziemlich hart.
