Although not oceanfront property, if your spending time on the Long Beach peninsula this shack is a great place to stay. It is midway between Long Beach and Ocean Park with close access to the beach. We loved the historic town of Oysterville and the Cranberry Museum. The property is a refreshing change from the typical motel stay. Laundry facilities and barbeque were great additions. It lives up to its billing as a "shack" but it's clean and comfortable and private and we enjoyed our stay.
It would be helpful to have instructions for the dishwasher since it is a portable unit that has to be pulled out and attached to the sink faucet. The pool and ping pong table in the outbuilding were a nice addition, but the smell of petroleum was pretty strong if the doors were shut.

It was a bit small for our 5 person group, with 2 kids. The road noise was a bit loud. It was fine overall

- Extremely private, homey, and comfortable. Perfect for 1 or 2 people. 4 if you wanna use the other area.
- Extraordinary value per night, literally as cheap as a hotel!

- all utilities that you would need to cook with.
- Lots of other areas to explore on property.
