Wifi dreadful, couldn't watch a film without constant buffering, cleanliness very poor, dirty,dusty.

Directions were poor, could have done with What3Words or a Google Pin. £168 for a cleaning fee, the cleaner must be visually impaired. We stayed in July and one of the reviews from August shows the same Hairy piece of soap on the bathroom floor. Asked for a refund for the cleaning charge and were met with a flat refusal. Wifi very poor.

Location was lovely

Wifi/ tv didn't work for first day. Customer support was terrible. Location was dirty with perious guests shampoo/soap still present. Kitchen ware had obvious food scum present. 2 small towels & 2 larger towels for two full adults stay for nearly a week. 2 of them dirty. Only one replaced by the location 2 days after request. Severe draft around bedroom window left one guest sick. Never addressed by location. No additional blankets/duvets available when requested. However magically provided on last day of stay. Day light obvious around both kitchen and bedroom window. 2 cracked window panes in bedroom window. Multiple visits by maintenance to address a leak that was not present nor raised by us but maintenance claimed was listed as a problem in our location. Overall poor finish to location. Floors not finished to wall edge. Paint peeling or missing. Multiple attempts to patch and conceal previous damage. Large chunk missing from a picture frame and old damage present on the back of one chair. Location does not have an on site reception as claimed. Customer support will not respond after 6pm. Although claim 8am to 12am support. Parking is not free as claimed. Very limited on street parking. Incredibly difficult to actually find location. Post code and building name not provided. Only detail was 'on the corner of hall street and queen street'. Extraction vent attached with duct tape. One tea towel provided. Dishwasher was dirty inside with food present. Washing machine but no drying facilities as poor heat from radiator. Kitchen kettle leaks once boiled resulting in boiling water spilling over counter
