No A/C, hotter inside than outside, terrible customer service from agency.
The only star it gets is for the sea view from the balcony and pool area.
There is a nice beach walking distance and small creek for snorkelling right below car park.
Covered car park is a plus.
- NO A/C, which made nights a living-hell. Appartment is hotter inside than outside day and night. The two old pedestal fans available (for 3 rooms!) simply blow hot air up to a meter away. Windows wide open changed nothing, there are no means of getting rid of this extra heat. Made nights unbearably long and sweaty.
- Active cockroach found in one of the bedrooms on day 4 of our stay.
- No hot water nor wifi for the first 3 days of our stay. That got fixed only because I drove to another town, to the agency’s main office and complained in person. The agency refuses to understand that not all foreigners from outside the EU have a Spanish cell line to call them whenever we would like to (whatsapp messages answered hours later if at all with the most unhelptful replies).
- no front desk. Check-in process was very complicated because the link for the deposit wouldn’t work, it took 5 calls and a lot of begging for the agency’s unfriendly staff to eventually look for an alternative solution.
- You have to pick-up keys at the other end of town, there are 6 different locks to go through from the car to the appartment and many many flights of stairs - not a single label on the 10 different keys you use (yes 10 even though there are 6 doors to open…).
- one small toilet paper roll provided for 9 days. No hand-towels for the kitchen. One plastic bin bag for the kitchen for your whole stay. You’re instructed to leave the appartment « perfectly clean » before checking-out but not a single cleaning product is provided.
- Drilling on day 2 and 3 somewhere in the building, scaffolding unmounting on day 5 during the morning. Nice way to wake up on vacation.
