The property is clean firstly it’s my second time i visit tashkent and this hostel was the only place i booked.
Thanks do the women in reception even she doesn’t speak english she was so kind to all for real, and there’s another man thanks to his assistance to if you have any complicated things or any kind of assistance that require english he can help

직원분들도 친절했습니다.2인실 호스텔 룸을 싱글룸처럼 편하게 혼자 잘쓰고 갑니다
샤워실에 누군가 쓰면 바닥에 물이 좀 세는 경향이 있는게 단점

I stored my luggage at this hostel after staying one night. Two days later, I came back around 6 p.m. to pick it up and waited in the lobby until midnight because I was meeting a friend here before going to the airport.
Before staying in the lobby, I asked the receptionist if I needed to pay, and I was told that I didn’t need to pay as long as I didn’t need a bed.
Around 10 p.m., the owner came and told me that I couldn’t stay there, saying this was his hostel, not an airport, and that I had to follow his rules. He also said the receptionist had given me the wrong information. He was angry and spoke to me in a rude manner.
What confused me most was that I had asked in advance and was simply following the instructions I was given. If there was a charge or a time limit for staying in the lobby, I would like to pay or leave earlier. In the end, I was asked to pay for a full night’s stay even though I had only been sitting in the lobby.
This experience left me feeling disappointed because the issue was caused by inconsistent communication between the staff and the owner, but I ended up being the one who had to pay for it.
