Central location. Close to restaurants, markets, parks. 5min walk to Kosmonavtlar Metro station. 15min walk to Amir Temur Square and State Museum of the Temurids.
If you are unfortunate to be allocated Room 9 like I was, the bathroom shower drainage leaked sewage gas with a strong unpleasant smell. When I asked to be given a different room, staff were not helpful, gave excuses that other rooms were booked out. After every shower blocking the shower drainage opening with wet paper towels reduced the unpleasant odour. Also had to keep the bathroom door closed and run the bathroom ventilator 24hrs.
