Not sure what the other reviews are talking about unless the property owners have taken note of feedback and improved cleanliness; this place was spotless. The shower had good pressure the room was spacious enough. Air conditioning kept the room cool. Comfortable bed. Great value for the price. There was some noise outside due to busy location but it was hardly a problem we slept fine, and this is expected staying in a city. TV has Netflix and other streaming services.
The only issue we had is that the check in was a bit confusing. We arranged check in at 1:00 and the door to the building would not open. The button to call through wasn’t answered or didn’t work when we tried, so we waited outside for 20 minutes assuming the host was meeting us outside the complex. I messaged that we are outside but got no response. We eventually phoned and when on the phone we were let in by two strangers also staying in the complex— host was inside at the desk on the first floor waiting for us. This is a small issue it was otherwise all good!

La ubicación y el trato y tiene aire acondicionado, muy importante
Para pasar una noche esta bien , lo único que no esta bien insonorizado ni las ventanas y las paredes son de pladur fino y se escucha todo
