Clean, tidy. Good aircon. Quiet. Host prompt with responses.
Location is excellent right in the centre. Good TV channels. Comfortable bed and sofa. Clean toilet. Kitchen is loaded with essentials.
People have previously commented on the place being located on a street with a lot of drug users. This is true especially around the corner but it didn’t make me feel any less safe to be honest.

I liked the cleanliness. It was exceptional.
I didn’t like that the laundry wasn’t as accessible as it should be. There was always something being washed and when I finally got my clothes washed, there was always a load in the drier. Laundry wasn’t not attended to for hours making it difficult to wash my clothes.

Seemed to be more of a room for rent in somebody’s house rather than all rooms being rented.
