We liked the location and the view from the house! We had an issue with trash disposal and it was solved quickly. The house is ok the trail that takes yoi around the lake, and is near a small grocery store and a food truck, and a restaurant (all within 10 mins walk)
Communication with the property managers was sometimes confusing. It seemed that some messages sent to us contained information that did not apply to our rental. So many unnecessary messages were exchanged.

Die Lage am See, die Ruhe
Wohnzimmer und Küche waren altmodisch eingerichtet und enthielten auch persönliche Gegenstände. Die Küche war voll mit einem Sammelsurium an Geschirr und dies war zum Teil schmutzig. Als wir ankamen, war es sehr kalt in der Wohnung und es roch etwas muffig. Es gab keine richtige Heizung, geheizt wurde mit Klimaanlage und Heizstrahler. Im Kellergeschoss stand ein Konvektor, den wir wegen des Gewichts nicht nach oben genommen haben. Mit der Zeit wurde es insgesamt etwas besser. Die Hausverwaltung war ansprechbar und hat uns auch auf Polarlichter aufmerksam gemacht, hat unser Problem mit dem Schmutz aber leider nicht adressiert. Das bereitliegende Buch über die Lofoten war sehr anschaulich und lehrreich. Danke dafür.
