Clean room, nice size easy to access. Hot shower with good flow. Managed to park easily on Western Road nearby after work, free from 6pm and only £1 for 4 hours if you arrive with the pay to park times. Nice pub next door and plenty of restaurants/fast food nearby.
Noisy early hours with youths / drunks etc, expected as a town centre. Car noise as they race up the main road at night. Toilet and bathroom on top floor, not an issue but pain in the bum in the middle of the night.

Didn't have the breakfast as went to see my kids. I just needed a bed in an ideal location which I got
I just needed a local location so I could see my kids. The price was excellent so very happy

The bed was comfy but unfortunately not many positive things to say about this listing. Somehow struggle to believe the 3”fabulous” reviews are genuine.
Nowhere does the listing mention shared bathroom. 1 bathroom for 4 rooms. The toiletries mentioned are one large shampoo conditioner and shower gel shared between the 4 rooms left in the shared bathroom. Other guests kept leaving the toilet seat up, which highlighted the dirt underneath it.
Very noisy. Bollywood dance music can be heard until at least 2am from the bar down the street.
Wifi is mentioned, not once was there anything offered to me with details of this.
It mentions no parking available. Heads up, All local roads are double yellow lines. Most parking in other streets is restricted to resident only, or always full. Tesco carpark is 2 hours maximum so only good for unpacking really. However 16 minutes walk away is https://highcrossleicester.com/offers/park-all-day-for-5 where if you sign up for free you can get cheaper parking. It has security cameras and its not an awkward tiny narrow multi story carpark.
Would be useful to put a hook on the back of the bedroom door to hang your wet towel after the shower. And a mirror in the bedroom
