Publicidad engañosa. nos aurrinaron las vacaciones.
Absolutamente nada
Lo considero una estafa. En los servicios del alojamiento indicaba en el anuncio que disponía de aire acondicionado la vivienda, para mi sorpresa cuando entro, no existe ningún tipo de aire acondicionado. Se niegan en rotundo a devolverme el dinero tras este inconveniente, para mí, imprescindible en mis vacaciones. Debido al calor insoportable que hace en un séptimo piso sin aire acondicionado una familia de cinco personas, decido irme un día antes y abandonar el apartamento antes de lo previsto. Para mi sorpresa no solo no tengo ninguna compensación económica, sino que pretenden cobrarme un cargo por irme en otro rango de hora al que ellos estipulan. Los colchones son viejos de muelles incomodísimos. No tiene microondas. Justo bajo la terraza hay un hotel enorme con piscinas y toboganes con cientos de personas haciendo muchísimo ruido durante todo el día desde primera hora de la mañana. Las sábanas y toallas te las cobran aparte. Te exigen cien euros en efectivo el día de la entrega del piso a modo de fianza, sin rellenar ningún tipo de documento que especifique esa fianza. La hora de entrada al apartamento es de 16 a 20h, si quieres entrar un poco antes te cobran 20€, pero si llegas un poco más tarde de la hora, también te quieren cobrar 20€. Me fui un día antes y no solo no me devolvieron nada del pago, asumiendo el error por su parte y arruinándome las vacaciones..si no que pretendían cobrarme un cargo por irme a diferente hora. Indignante todo. La chica que nos hizo la entrega de llaves, no tiene absolutamente ni idea de nada de lo que le puedas preguntar del apartamento. Ni siquiera sabía si tenía piscina o no. Estuvimos esperando más de media hora para que averiguara y nos dijera cuál era la plaza de garaje. En el garaje el honor es completamente insoportable, a humedad. No se conecta con el ascensor. Por lo tanto tienes que subir las maletas hasta la planta cero, desde la -1 que está el garaje a pulso.
