Well situated within walking distance from the beach. The rooms were comfortable and clean. After declining instant coffee at breakfast, I had a nice cup of filter coffee.
The neighboring resort (Sandies) has a generator that ran all night the first evening we were there even when there was electricity in the area. The breakfast was ok, but with limited options and if we wanted extra items such as cheese or avocado, we had to pay! The rooftop view which sold me the property had no facilities to enjoy anything.

Dista almeno 500-600 metri dal mare. A quel prezzo ci si aspetta un hotel fronte spiaggia. Foto comunque poco realistiche.

The place was clean.
The food was lacking in taste and quality and having checked in late,we expected everything to be set but our room was just being cleaned
