Beautifully maintained grounds; delicious, varied food in the main restaurant; large, clean, although somewhat dark rooms, and helpful staff. The mosquito net in our room was damaged. We told the manager, and it was replaced in less than half an hour. The location is excellent—the hotel overlooks the beach, and the stairs leading down to it are guarded. This protects guests from pushy beach vendors.
Did not like food in Cristal and Seafood restaurants. In the first one, "fish of the day" was tasteless and defrosted. In the second, the served meal had nothing with images in the mobile app menu. When this was brought to the attention of the chef, he replied that food in the app was a presentation.

the array of food was good. staff was very friendly. the room was very comfortable
room could have been cleaner. food quality could have been better. there was no offer of spa although when booking it mentioned all day spa. but they mentioned just access to the spa, the services were still payable, although anyone staying in the facility anyway has access to the spa.
