Felt like we were in Antartica

It was very clean, location, kitchen was fully equipped, comfortable beds

We stayed in the middle of winter and when we entered the house the temperature on the reverse cycle air conditioner pad read 11 degrees. The heater wasn’t working. The two sets of instructions we received didn’t work which we informed Chris. We were asked to turn up the heat which we did but to no avail. Four messages and a phone call and all we received were two tiny tower heaters which arrived while we were out for dinner. We were informed a technician would be sent - no one came. We came back to the house at about 11:00pm. The heaters were not even turned on so very cold all night. There was not a message or phone call the next day to enquire as to how everything was going.
