The apartment is a lovely garden‑level flat within easy walking distance of both Euston and King’s Cross stations, which made getting around London incredibly convenient. The atmosphere inside is warm and welcoming, and the space feels thoughtfully arranged.
The flat is fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay — from kitchen essentials to practical household items — so daily life is effortless. We genuinely enjoyed our time here and felt very comfortable throughout. It’s a great choice for anyone looking for a cozy, well‑located home in central London.

Very close to Euston station. Lots of shops and pubs nearby. The property was clean upon arrival. Very good communication from the host with details of how to check in etc. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, glasses, cups etc.
The property needs complete re-decoration/ up grading, especially when you consider the cost charged per night, it is not worth £250+ per night. The finishings are worn and of a poor standard and even the eyelets of the curtains were broken and falling. Also whilst this is not an issue the host can control, there is a problem outside the property. There were constant issues with screaming/shouting of homeless people (through the night too), who were camped up in tents at the side of the property with either substance misuse or mental health problems. This meant lots of police attendance. If you’re easily intimidated or scared then you need to be aware. I felt safe enough in the property however my daughter did not and was scared.
