Double bed, clean linens, room service/meals... very polite and professional room service; varied meals.
Bathroom lacked hooks (items had to be left on the floor), and the pipes made loud, wailing noises day and night; the bathroom was dangerous for a person with a disability... poor lighting in the room (impossible to read in the evening).

the breakfast man said we could only have 1 cup of tea or coffee, not really enough for a proper breakfast, we ordered toast which we expected to be on a separate plate but it was on the main plate and covered with beans and soggy. the main problem we had was sleeping= our room backed on to some sort of chimney thing which roared ALL NIGHT and we only slept because we were knackered.
