Absolute nightmare with Booking .com and Elders Goolwa - absolutely disappointed to say the least

The place was tiny and there was a stick vacuum hanging off the wall in the bathroom - how unhygenic is that - "Charming" - I don' think so. The shower was a nightmare with water coming out of 2 shower roses and the hot water took ages to come through and when it did you couldn't turn it down. After all the 36 emails I had to endure because Booking.com double booked my original booking with only a week to go - it was certainly no compensation for what I had to ensure with 6x30-35 minute phonecalls to Booking.com to try and recoop the large extra money I had to fork out to book something else. To add insult to injury, when I returned home, I received an email from Elders asking us before we checked out to clean the bathroom, wipe out the fridge, vacuum the floor etc. etc. - I wonder what the $80 cleaning fee was for if we as tenants are supposed to clean everything in the unit. Never again..................

Great location

The location was great and it had been stocked well with items. It was a well appointed studio style 2 bedroom apartment.

There was no hot water and the TV didnt work(pretty basic stuff that shoould have been available) and no one was available to fix it The outside patio lights shone through the venetian blinds. Some block out curtains needed.

The location was great and it had been stocked well with items. It was a well appointed studio style 2 bedroom apartment.
