About this cabin rental
Whether you're seeking a quiet respite where you can sip coffee, swing in the hammock and animal watch or for an exciting family adventure with beach fun, campfires, yard games, bike rides, nearby kayaking and boating fun. The Knotty & Nice Cabin has what you are looking for. The front knotty pine room is perfect for relaxing with a good book but large enough for a family full of energy. Newer comfy beds and sleeper sofa, private sauna, woodburning stove, Streaming TV, access to 2 private beaches that are about a 5 minute walk from the cabin. If interested there is an option for a boat slip rental as well. Come create wonderful memories.

*The couches are new so please keep your furry friends off the furniture.
The boat slip will be at North Point Marina - 5 min drive
- Dimensions of the slip: 22 ft long, 9 ft wide, 8-10ft deep
- No Jet skis
- $100 fee per week (shorter rentals are available)
Please note that the private beach in our association does not allow pets. If you wish for your pet to enjoy the water, you will need to go to the public access 2 miles North, or the beach in Tawas- about 15 minutes away.

The home was lovely, spacious and comfy. The host was quick to answer all of our questions. The beach was a short walk and completely private. We were almost completely alone on the beach for hours. Jut a lovely experience.

This house was family friendly with plenty of sleeping space. Everything was very clean, organized, and ready to go when we got there. The host even provided extra things such as games, chairs, hammock, extra toiletries, and basic groceries so we wouldn't need to buy anything extra. She communicated promptly with anything that we did need and was always patient and kind. We had one issue while we were there, but she worked on it until it was fixed. We did not have any pets with us, but she had everything you would need for a dog as well. The house is located one street over from a beach. The water is beautiful! Overall, we were extremely happy with our stay and will be staying here again if we venture back to Au Gres!
