We had a group of 7 for the weekend. Very spacious with plenty of parking. It's an old clubhouse converted to a 4 bedroom house. Clean bathrooms, clean sheets. My old criticism is the kitchen sink was kinda gross with an old sponge in it. And no paper towels. Small things like that should be fresh for each new stay. The coffee pot was non operational; there were plenty of fresh supplies to make it, just the pot didn't work, so that was a bit of a bummer, but not a biggie. Jessica is very responsive and easy to work with. We would stay again with a big group, also centrally located to close by local stuff. It's not the touristy side, it older Daytona so it's quiet. Although we didn't come for the pickleball- the courts adjacent at Pictona are a happening place to be.
