The open living area provides a comfortable place to relax together, with updated furnishings, natural light and lagoon views from the main living area.

Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the condo. An in-unit washer and dryer are provided, along with laundry supplies, a basket and drying rack.

Step outside to the large private wraparound balcony overlooking Little Lagoon—a peaceful spot for morning coffee, meals, conversation or simply watching the water.

☕ KITCHEN & DINING

The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked for guests who actually want to use it, with refreshed cookware, dishes, utensils and everyday essentials.

A Keurig Duo provides both pod and drip coffee options. The dining table seats 6, with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen counter—room for the whole group at mealtime.

BBQ grilling tools are provided for use with the community charcoal grills (charcoal not provided).

The condo has two full bathrooms with tub/shower combinations.

🧳 WHAT'S PROVIDED

We've tried to think of the everyday things that make arriving and settling in easier.

All bed and bath linens are provided. Beach towels may be available as a courtesy, but availability cannot be guaranteed, so we recommend bringing your own.

A starter supply of toiletries is included, with extra paper products, trash bags and dish/laundry/cleaning supplies provided to help get your vacation started.

You'll also find useful pantry staples such as salt, pepper, spices, cooking oils, sugar and creamer. We keep these available for guests when possible so you don't have to buy every little thing when you arrive.

For beach days, chairs, an umbrella and beach cart are provided. Please leave beach equipment outside the condo to help minimize sand indoors and return all items after use so they're ready for the next guests.

For families traveling with little ones, a high chair and Pack ’n Play are also provided for use in the condo.

Books, board games and puzzles are also available for downtime at the condo.

📍 LOCATION

Enjoy a quieter West Beach setting while staying close to Gulf Shores dining, shopping and attractions.

Everyday conveniences are approximately 1.5 miles away, including groceries, a seafood market, restaurants and ice cream.

Gulf Shores dining, shopping and attractions are approximately 3 miles away, with Gulf State Park and its trails about a 10-minute drive from the property.

🚗 PARKING

Two parking passes are included for the condo's two assigned spaces. No additional passes are available, and visitor spaces are not available for overnight guest parking.

Guests bringing a boat/trailer must obtain the required $20 trailer pass.

🚤 FOR BOATERS

Lagoon Run offers a private community boat ramp, docks and trailer parking.

Boat slips, launch access and trailer parking are first-come, first-served and cannot be guaranteed.

Little Lagoon is relatively shallow, and water depth varies based on weather, tides and season. Smaller boats and shallow-hull vessels generally work best. Guests are responsible for determining whether conditions are suitable for their specific vessel.

Guests bringing boats must comply with Alabama boating laws and applicable association rules regarding ramp use, docking, trailer parking and safe operation/storage.

Guests are responsible for the safe use of the pool, docks, fishing pier, boat ramp, balconies and surrounding areas. Children should be supervised at all times.
