A large, fully equipped American-style kitchen features an island for enjoying meals or breakfast.There is a suite with a large bathroom on the ground floor, as well as an additional toilet.Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, all with air conditioning. From each bedroom, you can enjoy the sea and beach views. There are two bathrooms with showers on this same [hidden] spacious living-dining room with comfortable sofas and a TV invites you to relax and unwind after a day at the [hidden] apartment has a large private patio with sun loungers, a dining table, and a barbecue. The patio ends with access to the communal area with natural grass and a swimming pool.Access to the beach is right here, making this apartment unique and meeting all the expectations of even the most demanding [hidden] has completely private parking for two medium-sized cars. The apartment has an alarm and motion [hidden] amenities are nearby: a small supermarket, pharmacy, bank, and numerous restaurants and bars on La Mora beach. Tarragona is a 10-minute drive away. There is a local bus connection. This apartment enjoys the best location for an unforgettable vacation.This accommodation does not accept groups of young people. Pets are not allowed. No smoking inside the house. Parties are not permitted. Damage to furniture will be deducted from the security deposit. 5. The agreed security deposit (€600) will be issued upon key collection by credit card and will be refunded within 7 days prior to departure if the accommodation has not been damaged. Arrivals between 9:00 PM- 11.55 PM will incur a €50.00 surcharge.
