Lovely, updated cape home sits on a quiet dirt road and has big views of the North Pomfret Hills. Clean and comfortable with open floor concept. Passed Vermont Fire/Safety inspection.

On a 35-acre farm, home is surrounded by fields, woods/trails for hiking, biking, and snowshoeing. Known for some of the best biking roads in this part of Vermont. S6 Ski Area/Appalachian Trail around the corner.

Antique carriage shed to store gear included. Woodstock/Hanover/Upper Valley are all minutes away!
