Settle into a private ground-floor apartment in North Tampa, with an open living, dining, and kitchen area and three full bathrooms. The layout suits family visits to USF, theme-park trips, and groups balancing time together with work or quiet evenings.

Sleeping arrangements — maximum 8 guests
• Bedroom 1: king bed, private en-suite bathroom, desk, closet, and access to the covered patio. Sleeps 2.
• Bedroom 2: queen bed and twin bed, private en-suite bathroom, desk, TV, and closet. Sleeps 3.
• Bedroom 3: queen bed and twin bed, two desks, and closet. Sleeps 3.

Three full bathrooms
Two bedrooms have their own bathrooms: one with a walk-in shower, the other with a tub/shower combination and double vanity. A third full bathroom with a walk-in shower is accessed from the hall. Linens and bath towels are provided.

Everyday comforts
Prepare meals in the full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a coffee setup, share dinner at the dining table, and relax in the living room with a smart TV. Wi-Fi, dedicated desks, and an in-unit washer and dryer make longer visits easier.

Your outdoor space
The private covered patio is on the ground floor and accessible from the king bedroom. It is a patio, not an upstairs balcony. Free on-site parking is allocated for up to 3 cars.

Know your space
This reservation is for unit 101 only, the downstairs apartment in a two-unit building. The upstairs apartment has its own entrance and may be occupied separately. Your bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living area, laundry, and patio are private. Self check-in is by smart lock.

* You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
