The room's window faced a traffic light that emitted an audible signal, which was slightly annoying.

Location was excellent in the centre of town. Very clean.
There was a lot wrong with this stopover. From the reviews, it seems like we’re in the minority not liking our stay.
The problems: the room( room 6) on the top floor was far too small for the bed. Husband and I had to take turns to move around the bed. There was a metal structure which served as clothes hanger but blocked the space round the bed. This was classed as deluxe double, which it was not in our opinion. The room was only suitable for a single bed.
Secondly, the wall mounted tv didn’t have volume until we were advised to turn it off/on again. My husband had to go downstairs twice to the bar to get these issues sorted out.Thirdly , there were no towels in the room until we asked. Fourthly, the fire alarm went off in the night, several times, making it hard to relax to try get sleep. The other issue was about safety… no escape/fire instructions anywhere I could see, for guidance. We had no contact from any management after this horrendous night. We felt overall, very unwelcome.
