Das Zimmer im 3 Stock - mit Aufzug erreichbar - war geräumig und hatte einen Ausblick Richtung Saas-Fee und die Berge der Mischabel Gruppe. Mit der Gästekarte konnten die Busse innerhalb der Saas Dörfer kostenlos benutzt werden. Die Einrichtung im Zimmer entsprach circa dem Stil der 1980er Jahre. Das Doppelbett war sehr gut. Einen Wasserkocher / Kaffemaschine und Tassen dazu gab es.
Die Schlüssel zum Zimmer sind in einem kleinen Kästchen neben der Zimmertüre verschlossen. In der Buchungsbestätigung ( E-Mail ) steht die Zimmernummer und die 4 stellige Zahlenkombination zum Öffnen des Schlüsselkästchens. An und Für sich eine gute Lösung. Aber in unserem Fall hat die Kombination Zimmernummer - und Zahlenkobination nicht zusammen gepasst. Für solche Fälle ist es fast notwendig ein Handy mit Whatsapp zu haben, um mit der Rezeption zu kommunizieren - Je nach Mobiltelefon-Provider ist für Ausländer das Telefonieren in der Schweiz ja sehr teuer - Über WhatsApp hat die Rezeption das Problem dann gelöst.

Haben im Hotel Zurbriggen gefrühstückt war sehr gut
Ein Leintuch wies flecken auf. Putz und Waschmittel hatten sehr starken Geruch.
