Perfect for a short stay in Madrid

Right in the city centre. Very convenient

Air conditioning was not the best during a heat wave. For the rest it was great

Beware of this property.

Nothing.

The property owner did not reply our messages on booking.com. We called the number to contact the property owner but did not pick up phone. No instruction i.e. code to get inside the property. Being left outside of the property and homeless. We have to leave the property front door at 11pm to find another place to stay as we still have no respond from the property owner.

La ubicación es increíble para conocer Madrid. Pleno centro. Un apartamento perfectamente funcional y gran relación calidad-precio. No es lujoso pero cumple lo que se ve en fotos. Muy limpio. Mandan instrucciones de acceso en el mismo momento del check in.

Hemos echado en falta una mesa aunque fuese pequeña y un par de taburetes para sentarnos juntos a comer. Es una inversión muy pequeña que mejoraría 100%.

A localização é excelente, mesmo no coração da Gran Via. A qualidade do sono e ausência de ruído.

Poucas condições em termos de conforto. Na descrição diz que a cozinha serve para acondicionar comida, mas é expectável que o apartamento tenha mesa e cadeiras. A TV não tem canais disponíveis. Fizemos um pedido para arranjar um suporte na WC mas não obtivemos resposta.
