It is literally a wagon!! So you do get that experience. Waterproof, light isn’t terribly bright in the morning but does seep through all the sides.
Beds are very comfortable, can sleep up to 4 people! There is wifi, a table, outlets to charge things inside the wagon.
Facilities are great - the shower pressure is some of the strongest I’ve ever felt, you got two nozzles coming at you! Pool and jacuzzi were great, although could be cleaner.

Omg the scenery around you of the red rocks is gorgeous
The wagon does literally shake with the wind, which woke me up a bunch in the morning.
It is glamping in that you have to walk to a separate bathroom facility.

The wagon stayed nice and cool even on a blistering hot day. The beds were comfy and the staff was friendly and helpful.
