Although there is no front desk, communication was great. The tiny house is in a cute little enclave of other tinies. It was really hot but the AC worked well. We chose this place because it was perfectly situated on our ride back to Philly. Food and beverage were within walking distance and much cuter than a chain hotel. Most importantly, the price was right. It was my husband and I and our granddaughter who had her own little sleeping space. Be mindful that you do need a good amount of mobility to stay in a tiny house as everything is very compact.
There is no sink in the bathroom but there is a main sink in the little kitchen area.

The property was very clean and well appointed. The bed on the loft was so comfortable. We travel a couple of times a year down south. This is a perfect midway point and will be staying here again.
We had no problem at all with the property.
