The hotel staff were very accommodating throughout our stay, and you could genuinely see that they all tried their best to make guests feel comfortable and welcome. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and whenever we needed any help, it was very easy to approach the staff and ask. The hospitality was lovely, and we really appreciated how helpful and flexible the team were. On the day of our check-out, they even offered to allow us to stay until the evening, which was extremely kind and made things much more convenient for us. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and really appreciated the kindness, helpfulness and hospitality shown by the hotel staff.

The hospitality was lovely, and we also really appreciated being offered the option to stay until the evening on the day of our check-out. There was a little confusion around a birthday arrangement, as well as an incident where someone disturbed us during the night. However, once we discussed everything with the manager, he dealt with our concerns very quickly and professionally. He also went out of his way to make my friend’s birthday special by arranging a cake for her, which was such a thoughtful gesture and really made her day. A special thank you to Amrin at reception, she was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay and assisted us with everything we needed. Despite the small issues, I have no complaints about how they were handled. You can see that the team genuinely cares about their guests and is working hard. I would happily return and I look forward to seeing how this hotel continues to develop and grow. Thank you to the manager, Amrin and the whole team for your hospitality and for looking after us during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always made us feel welcome. The location was excellent, close to the sea and perfect for a relaxing holiday. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Otelin konumu harika. Denize yürüyerek ulaşmak mümkün. Kahvaltısı güzel. Deniz ve dağların güzel manzarasına sahip terası da çok keyifli. Mutfak ve teras çalışanları da harika ve çok ilgili.

Otelin müsait olmayan odaları satışa sunmasını hiç doğru bulmadım. Bir büyük yataklı ve balkonlu bir oda rezerve etmiştim. Girişimizin gece saat 01.00 civarında olacağını hem seyahatimizden bir gün önce hem de seyahat günü otele bildirdim. Otele geldiğimizde, rezerve ettiğimiz odanın müsait olmadığı söylendi. Sadece birinci katta, balkonsuz bir oda olduğunu ve öncelikle gidip odaya bakabileceğimizi söylediler. Ancak gece saat 01.00’de, uzun bir yolculuktan sonra odayı beğenmezsek başka bir otel arayacakmışız gibi davranılması hiç hoş değildi. Böyle bir durum yaşanmamalı. Bu, misafire karşı saygısızlık. Bize verilen ilk oda çok havasızdı, adeta sauna gibiydi ve rutubet kokuyordu. Pencere bozuktu. Kapatmak için oldukça uğraşmak gerekti. Her yerde toz vardı ve yatağın üzerindeki örtü de temiz değildi. Ancak o saatte çok yorgun olduğumuz için sadece uyumayı tercih ettik. Ertesi gün rezervasyonumuzdaki odaya geçireceklerini söylediler ve neyse ki sözlerini tuttular. Fakat tekrar eşyalarımızı toplamak zorunda kalacağımızı düşünmek bile hoş değildi. Sonuçta istediğimiz, otele sorunsuz bir şekilde yerleşip üç günümüzü huzurlu geçirmekti. Gündüz resepsiyona tekrar gittiğimizde ise rezervasyonumuzun iki ayrı yataklı bir oda olduğu söylendi. Oysa rezervasyonumuzda açıkça bir büyük yatak ve balkon yazıyordu ve fotoğrafta da tek büyük yataklı, balkonlu oda gösteriliyordu. Bu tür durumlar gerçekten çok rahatsız edici. Sonunda rezerve ettiğimiz odaya geçtik. Bu oda temiz ve konforluydu. Duşta sıcak ve soğuk suyu ayarlamak biraz zordu ve giderde suyun tahliyesi de iyi değildi. Ancak bunlar düzeltilebilecek sorunlar. Otelin daha iyi temizliğe ihtiyacı var. Hem odaların hem de ortak alanların temizliği daha özenli olmalı. Havuzun çevresi bile dağınık ve bakımsızdı. İnternetteki fotoğraflardaki gibi görünmüyor.
