The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is very spacious, clean, and conveniently located just a short walk from a bus stop, with easy access to the historic centre of Venice. A great advantage is the option to park directly on the property, behind a gate. Free street parking is also available in the immediate vicinity.
Some of the furnishings and appliances are a little dated, and a few appliances are not working, but this didn't affect our stay.

Obiekt jest świetnie położony. Bardzo przyjemna okolica. Komunikacja z Wenecją doskonała. Blisko duży sklep. Polecamy

Large and clean apartment, with a large balcony in a quiet neighbourhood. 2 minutes walk to a bus stop that takes you directly into Venice in 15 minutes for €1.50. The host is great, friendly and helpful and provided an off-street parking space.
Unfortunately the oven, washer and dishwasher were not working, and the apartment only had one air conditioner unit in the hallway. Even though there are fans in each bedroom, I doubt this would be enough in hot weather.
