Nice little place with a great view of the lake in a convenient area. Close walk to rotary park.

It was nice and cool inside the unit when we arrived.
We were looking for a building called the Nest, after searching for 15 minutes up and down the units we realized the building was called the Xanadu so that was a bit confusing ,evidently The Nest is a nickname. It also took a while to locate the unit. We only saw stairs so we parked the car as close to the stairs we could to get our things out..After dragging suitcase’s up three flights of stairs I was ready to eat the $400 and go get a room somewhere on the 1st floor until a resident came out complaining about us blocking his garage .We assured him we were just unloading, and we would move the car, that is when he informed us there was a lift in the building. The lift was somewhere in the middle of the building he told us.We then located it , and was very relieved. It would’ve been really nice to know that to start with. The unit itself was small and decorated very cute... We found the kitchen limited. The cooking ware was very high up in cabinets. We are short people so other than the refrigerator we really couldn’t utilize much else in the kitchen.. When turned on the fan in the bathroom was extremely loud and screechy .The extra pillows and bedding were also high up in the closet, which was difficult to get down. A step l stool would’ve been useful.
