The room looks like the photos, very cutesy. The location is fantastic, with a ton of restaurants and cafes nearby and the beach only a 10 min walk away. Even though you're in the tourist district, I found it to be pretty quiet in the evenings.
Staff is responsive.
The bed is super firm, but after a few months in Vietnam this seems to be standard. There were issues with the sink drain clogging and the hot plate not working but they were resolved fairly quickly.

The manager was very help helpful and nice. I stayed 2 times in different rooms on different floors. Both were great and silent! Rooms were clean and cute! It’s a quiet place! Sea is straight forward but is in the center of tourist area!
